There’s no time like the holidays for shopping, especially for toys. Walmart asked us to create an experiential approach to their toy department so they could stay top-of-mind in the category.
We developed a conceptual store design that holistically approached the entire shopper journey for both parents and kids. We created a full omni-channel experience, with personalized service, cross-category integration, retail events and digital innovation to stand out from the competition.
