Refresh the cereal aisle.
Kellogg’s came to us with a problem: cereal sales were significantly dropping. Our mission was to disrupt the category, reignite the aisle and inspire the shopper to add one more box to her cart.
We focused on bringing excitement back to the category by emphasizing new occasions for cereal usage that weren’t just around breakfast. We created a one-stop shopping experience that included in-aisle coolers for milk and fruit, bulk canisters to incite trial and shelf violators to drive impulse purchases. The project was very well received by Kellogg’s and rolled out for testing throughout the country.
